We work hard to process and ship your order within 2 - 4 business days! During public holidays, please allow a few extra days for your items to be shipped, but we try our best to ensure no delays. We know you can't wait to receive your orders!

You can track your order on our live Tracking Page at any time! Simply enter your Order Number or Email to retrieve tracking info. 

Please be patient, as many postal and shipping services are under strain due to limited staffing and bottlenecks. Rest assured, if your order shows as, in transit, it is still on its way to you and it is not lost.

If you choose the Standard Shipping (2 - 4 weeks) option - please allow 2 - 4 weeks after receiving your Shipment Confirmation email for your items to be delivered.

If you choose the 100% Tracked & Insured Shipping (2 - 4 weeks + Insurance) option - please allow 2 - 4 weeks after receiving your Shipment Confirmation email for your items to be delivered. Your purchase will also be insured against any damage during shipping or if the package is lost in transit. In either scenario, you will receive a replacement at no further cost to you. 

Items may also be shipped separately to your receive your orders at the earliest!

If your order gets lost or damaged in transit during the shipment process, we will offer you a FREE replacement, at no further cost to you.
